XBD-BPL(W) series single-stage single-suction fire-fighting pump

The XBD-BPW(BPL) series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a new product developed by our company based on the needs of global industrial and mining enterprises, engineering construction, and high-rise buildings fire protection. It is strictly designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO2858 and the latest national standard GB6245 "Fire Pump". The product has been tested by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and its quality and performance fully meet the requirements of GB6245 national standard. The product performance has reached the advanced level of similar products in China.

The BPW(BPL) products are available in horizontal (BPW type) and vertical inlet and horizontal outlet, and vertical inlet and horizontal outlet installation types.

The pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump,vertically or horizontally mounted.It can be mounted with multiple ways upon the conditions of use on the spot and can be in series or in parallel according to the flow or pressure requirement to get the desired flow or pressure.

It uses a low-noise sealed bearing, which is injected with grease when ex-works and can run in successive two years, its unit has a high concentricity and impeller has a very good dynamic balance and low vibration during running, improving the environment of use.

Its shaft seal is a mechanical one, settling the serious leak of the stuffing ofcommon centrifugal pumps, enlarging the duration and making sure ofa clean and neat spot.

Those parts which may produce friction when the pump is rotating are made ofthe combined material of wearable, anticorrosive and high joining-up noise and avoid rust-water forming to prevent the spraying fire-fighting parts from being blocked, greatly extending the duration and getting rid of the phenomenon to be gripped by rusting and no way to be used again after stop.
