Model IHF pump is a single stage single suction fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed and made upon the world standard and by means of combining the process(F46) technology of non-metal pump, the pump casing is made up with a metal shell and interlined with F46, the pump cover, impeller and muff are formed by integrally pressing and sintering a fluorine plastic wrapped inlaid metal, the shaft seal is an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the static ring 99.9% is made of 99.9% aluminum oxide ceramic or silicon nitride, the dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material and both inlet and outlet are solidified with cast steel. Model IHF centrifugal pump is applicable for chemical industry, pharmacy, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electric power, dyeing, agrochemical, paper making,food etc.trades,such as the acid wash,painting technologies in the automobile manufacture;the electrolyte transportation in the non-ferrous metals melting;the chlorine water,waste water treatment and acid addition technological flow etc.in the ionic membrane sodium hydroxide project,and able to transport sulphuric acid,acetic acid,hydrochloric acid,hydrocyanic acid,nitric acid,aquregia,alkali,strong oxidant,organic solvent,reducing reagent etc.strong corrosive media.

Compact structure. These series pumps have an integrally Horizontal structure, beautiful appearance and small footprint.

Stable running, low noise, high concentricity of assembly. By the straight joint between the motor and the pump, the middle structure is made simplified, thus enhancing the running stability, making the impeller of a good balance of moving-resting, resulting in no vibration during running and improving the environment of use.

No leakage. A mechanical seal of antiseptic carbide alloy is used for the shaft sealing so as to get rid of the serious leakage of the fillings of centrifugal pumps and ensure the operating place clean and neat.

Convenient installation and maintenance. Service can be easily done without removing any pipeline because of the back-door structure.

Viewing from the inlet of the pump, the outlet of it can be mounted in one of the three ways, horizontally leftward, vertically upward and horizontally rightward.
