BPMC Series Horizontal Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps are high-efficiency multi-stage centrifugal pumps developed by our company based on advanced technology from similar products abroad and many years of design experience, in accordance with API610 standards. The horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump has innovated the traditional hydraulic performance and structural form, and the hydraulic model is analyzed by CFD fluid analysis. The pump efficiency is 2-3% higher than that of the same category of multi-stage pumps. Structurally, various configurations are adopted, and the degree of interchangeability of the parts is increased throughout the series, which can achieve quick replacement of wear parts and shorten the repair time, reduce the inventory of spare wear parts, and greatly extend the service life of the pump. Use 45,55,70 bearings tore place the former 35,50,60 ones,enhancing the reliability.
A high effective energy saving hydraulic model is used for the hydraulic portion, the average efficiency is higher than that of Y type by 5~8%.
To ensure the inheritance, the type of structure, external and installation dimensions and performance range of this pump are made identical to those of Y type so as for the oil apparatus to be easily reformed.
Refined selection of materials, the main body takes the materials of II,III categories as the base,the bearing etc. parts are made of cast steel and cast iron two materials, providing the use at a cold outdoor and on a ship with a benefit condition.
The parts are widely universal and the standard parts can be used mutually for several series products.
Three cooling ways are available with the bearing: air, blower and water cooling, selectable upon different medium temperatures. Of which the blower cooling is especially suitable for the area lack of water or of a poor water quality.
