The GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) cylinder shall have a service life of no less than 50 years. The cylinder strength must be verified through computer-aided validation, supported by a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) report issued by a national accredited institution, along with a leakage prevention test report.

A comprehensive control system is tailor-made for the drainage pump station, catering to the requirements of functional expansion and ensuring dependable support, thus enabling a reduction in personnel allocation hereafter. Intensive design, eliminating the need for constant personnel on duty.ntelligent remote control, enabling full operational oversight. The control cabinet features an outdoor design, allowing installation either on top of the pump station or independently on the ground. An integrated and reliable control cabinet, supporting plug-and-play functionality.

Equipped with the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) remote monitoring system, it can realize real-time sampling of various operating parameters of the pump station, timely data processing and formation of scientific operation schemes, issue commands through PLC to control the pump station in real time, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pump station.

According to the impurity content in the medium, either basket type grille or crushing type grille can be selected. The basket type grille is cost-effective and economical, made of stainless steel, with moderate grid spacing, and the grid slag is cleaned by lifting it regularly. The crushing type grille is suitable for scenarios with more impurities, featuring reliable structural strength, capable of operating continuously for 24 hours, crushing particles into small ones for discharge, and facilitating replacement during maintenance.
