● After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project. The technical department will calculate the relevant parameters and draw according to the customer's needs. After whole evaluation including the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can Process as required to produce.
● The production flow as bellow:
Whole evaluation→Drawing→Process→Place an order→Parts purchase→Assemble→Testing→Spray painting→FQC→Packing. After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in wooden boxes. Then we will ship our goods, usually by ship or land transport.
